Sutter Pointe has been the product of a lot of hard work and community involvement. For several years, a group of experienced builders have been working in partnership with community leaders, County staff, the Board of Supervisors, professional planners, and other stakeholders to produce a plan that reflects the perfect blend of benefits for Sutter County.

We have planned Sutter Pointe to create a perfectly balanced mix of quality jobs, education and job training, new infrastructure, housing, open space and conservation, consistent with the roadmap that our voters established for Sutter County's future with Measure M.

This website provides information about our plan, the work we have completed thus far, and what we expect over the coming months. We are constantly gathering input from the community regarding our effort to bring jobs and commerce to Sutter County.
